Invited Speaker

John Spradling spoke to the faculty senate about C.O.P. 7.30 specifically the point of limiting the overload hours.  The point was brought up that the Chair and Cluster Director should be responsible for seeing to the limits of overloads.  The wording of 7.30 should be changed to take the cap off.

There was also discussion about the extended registration hours. The agreement of most of the faculty was that it was a waste of time as so few people register at these time. The suggestion was made that to advertise that the after-hours registration would be by appointment only.

Mr. Sprading agreed to take these concerns forward.

Meeting adjourned 6:20.
