Attendees: Ed Price, Bob Larsen, Terry Holmberg, and Debi Cisneros

Ed handed out the draft for the Student Survey.  Ed went over the proposed changes that he feels that need to be changed.  Asked others in attendance to look it over and give him input of any changes that they feel need to be changed by the next Officers meeting October 1^st.

Agenda for the Faculty Senate Meeting on October 8^th.

Need to redo COP- Protocol for Student complaints about Instructors. Terry would like to see this done so that possible the Instructor would be able to hear the complaints from the student.  This way both sides can be represented.
