Academics Committee Report: Fred Khozein distributed David Meine's Ranking Committee Survey (which is to be mailed to the faculty) and instructed Executive Board members to complete the forms together with their suggestions. According to Fred, two Campus Operating Policies (COPS), Student Attendance and Scholastic Probation, have been approved.

The Faculty Senate Secretary can now send Terry the electronic--e-mail--minutes, and she will change the format to suit the home page. Then the faculty can call up the minutes via the Faculty Senate website.

Evaluation of Minnie Piper Stevens Award Applications: The group (minus those who were also nominees and those who nominated applicants) proceeded to screen applications and rank them in order of excellence. Because each applicant possessed certain outstanding traits, this task was an extremely difficult one.
